What Would You Do If…

…the city/county water supply becomes polluted and you couldn’t use it for drinking or cleaning?
Like Ohio recently (Aug 2014 – http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation-now/2014/08/04/toledo-ohio-water-toxin-explainer/13563805/).

…the water supply was interrupted and you had No city Water for 1 day, 1 week, longer?

…the grocery stores could not get sufficient shipments and they ran out of food for 1 week, 1 month?

…the alternative food banks, local farmers markets and local farms were overrun and it was to dangerous to us them?

…a section of your house/residence was damaged by weather and not habitable?

…your entire house/residence was not habitable and you had to relocate?

…your house caught fire including the roof?

…your neighbors house caught fire and it started to jump to your house?

…you could not get gasoline?

…you could not get propane?

…the electric grid went down for 1 day, 1 week, 2 months?

…you had no refrigeration for your food?

…the Internet went down for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month?

…all your electrical devices and electricity was made inoperative from some sort of EMP (Electromagnetic Pulse) blast for an indefinite period of time?

This could be from a sun explosion towards earth like July 2012 which nearly missed earth and if hit would have thrown earth back to 1800’s, or from a high altitude nuclear explosion over the US.

…you had no access to medical facilities or emergency body care?

…you had no understanding of how to handle a severe cut or broken bone and there were no medical centers or people available to help?

…someone tried to break into your house for food or supplies and you were there?

…a person tried to attack you, for whatever reason, and you had to protect yourself outside or inside?

…you had no access to or there was no available additional ammunition for your weapons?

…a category 4 hurricane was going to hit Tampabay area or your city?

…the neighborhood flooded and your house/residence started to flood?

…your neighbors started approaching you for food or water, first nicely then insistent?

…you had to protect your house/residence from small gangs which started roaming the neighborhoods looking for food, water, etc?

…you had to handle a group of 10 or more that was trying to take over your house/residence?

…you couldn’t get any money from the bank for 1 week, 1 month, more?

…your identity got stolen and used?

…one or more of your credit cards was compromised and used to run up a bill?

…all merchandise and services in stores and online doubled or tripled in price over 6 months?

…your bank account was compromised and drained?

…you had to prevent any of these financial disasters from occurring?

…you lost your job or source of income for 2 weeks, 2 months, 1 year?

…you had to trade (barter) for things you need for 1 month, 6 months, 1 or more years?
